Personal Training

There are many different aspects to “training” a client. If we choose to partner together, I will provide you with a complimentary consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your goals and how together we can accomplish those goals in a reasonable time frame. I will design a cardiovascular training plan and a weight lifting program that will best help you work towards your goals. Another aspect to meeting your goals is focusing on your food intake. By completing daily food journals, together we will learn whether the food you’re eating is aiding or keeping you from reaching your goals. The food journals are given to me prior to each training session.
